Super Moon Cake

It's Mid Autumn Festival. Mooncake is our festival food.
This is the largest moon cake I ever seen ...

It is home-made by one of my colleague's family. The whole office shared TWO such mooncake and below is the 'small bit' I got ...

Disneyland Hong Kong finally .....

Finally, today is Hong Kong Disneyland's grand opening. Though it is small, I feel exicited about that. Mickey, welcome to HK !!This super Disney fan (Derrick Johnson) is really funny. He is amongst the first to enter the Disneyland. His act of kissing the land of the theme park attracted so much media attention.

Wow, the name said it all.

Nano is smaller than mini, so this iPod Nano is smaller than the iPod mini it replaced.

It's only 0.27 inch thick (even thinner than iPod Shuffle) and has colour display and photo viewing is possible !!!

E2c Headphone Repair

The cable of my headphone developed bad contact near the left earbulb.

I called Shure HK and they confirmed that it is still covered by their 2 years warranty (I brought it in May 2004) and they asked me to bring the headphone to the shop for handling.

The shop 新時代 in causeway bay where I brought the headphone no longer exist. Luckily their sister shop, 旺角音響中心 will handle the warranty matters.

I brought the headphone to 旺角音響中心 and presented my receipt ... without asking a single question, they took out an un-opened E2c and 'break' the box in front of me.... Wow, their warranty policy is 'Replace with a new pair' !!!

I now have a brand new headphone for the rest of my warranty period. Hopefully it will last for more than 1 and a half year more !!! I will exercise extra care to keep it in good shape to prolong its life !!!

8:30 am !!!

Oh my God ! It's September 2005 la ....

It is my turn to report duty every morning on or before 8:30 am ! This will last for whole September !!!

The purpose of early arrival is to ensure that there would be someone in the office and be ready to report to the Director by 9:00am, in the slim event that there would be an urgent media broke-out in that morning ....

What a stupid arrangement it is ....

BTW, Mr. Cheng is no longer on air and phone-in show is OUT la ....
